REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Any item can be returned within 14 days of purchase if buyer not happy with item received product. The item can be exhanged if a similar item available, or refunded if not satisfied. If purchaser is returning item because they do not require it, then they will be responsible for payment for return postage and sending back with registered mail.
If an item has been sent in error by us, or is deemed to be faulty, the return postage costs will be refunded to the customer.
